Superbowl-winning quarterback @patrickmahomes just revealed his workout routine and it’s so easy to follow! The Kansas City Chiefs star says all that he uses to get that touchdown throwing explosiveness in his arms is a cable machine and some medicine balls.
He does three sets of cable woodchops, pulling the cable down from shoulder to knee, then again from hip to knee, before flipping it from knee to shoulder. This engages his back while strengthening his arms and core.
Then he does three sets of medicine ball tosses, one from overhead to the ground, another horizontally rotating his body, and another from a squat up over his shoulder. This develops that game winning explosiveness!
