Air fried food contains around 70-80% fewer calories than deep-fried foods. However, it’s important to remember that although you’re saving calories, you still need a diverse mixture of fruits and vegetables for a nutritious diet. So if you are going to only eat air fried foods, make sure you air fry some veggies!
