Blake doesn’t go overboard with an aggressive and unhealthy routine, it’s all about moderation, consistency and inclusivity. The majority of the steps in her workout can be done right at home. With a series of reverse lunges, one-legged deadlifts, push-ups and kettlebell swings. The only thing you’ll have to hit the gym for is the rowing machine that Blake swears by!
