Summer Is Scorching Hot!
Getting out under the scorching heat of the sun is dangerous. You’ll get dizzy, nauseated, confused, or worse, heatstroke! But there are ways to keep yourself cool. Number 1 is to drink enough water, not sodas or sugary drinks! Avoid any spicy food as it will worsen your body’s heat temperature, wear cool clothes, and get enough sunscreen. With this in mind, your body will stay regulated.
