Turns Out RED MEAT Is HEALTHIER Than We Once Believed
For a long time, we’ve all kinda assumed that too much red meat can cause things like heart disease or diabetes. Well it turns out that a lot of that research was kinda wrong…
A new study published in Nature has reviewed the old studies into red meat and disease to find that most of them were inconsistent and lacking in evidence. They then conducted their own research into red meat consumption and disease, finding little to no links between red meat and diseases like cancer, strokes, diabetes and heart disease. They do however state that this only applies to unprocessed red meats.
