Here’s How To Make FRUIT ROLL-UPS Without The ADDED SUGAR
Did you know you can sneak in some extra servings of fruit with fruit leather? It’s basically a fruit roll-up but without the added sugar!
Using any fruit you want, just turn it into a puree and bake it low and slow at 90°C until it’s dehydrated. This will take a few hours, so keep checking in at the 2.5hr mark to see if it’s gone from a pulpy puree to a hard leather.
Then just cut it up and roll it into whatever shape you want!
