The keto diet isn’t new, but we’re always surprised at what foods we can incorporate into our daily meals while still staying in ketosis.
So, when we were wondering about whether our fave spread of peanut butter was keto-friendly, we knew we had to share!
The answer? As long as it’s low in sugar and you don’t spread it on toast, you’re free to indulge! But, if you do find yourself eating too much PB, you might find those carbs stacking up.
As with anything keto diet, it’s all about balance to maintain ketosis, but for now, it’s a tick of approval for peanut butter!
