OLIVE OIL Might Actually Be GOOD FOR YOU!
We’ve all heard that olive oil is a healthy alternative to butter, but we didn’t know it was this healthy. @harvard has just released the first long-term study on olive oil consumption, using data collected over 30 years. They found that it’s not only a healthier alternative to cook with than animal and dairy-based fats, but also has amazing benefits in its own right. People who consumed more than 7g of olive oil a day reduced their risk of cancer, neurodegenerative disease, cardiovascular disease and general mortality.
